Returns and refunds

Returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 days after delivery. All of the products in the package must be shipped back in the original packaging and condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping return costs as well as any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original sellable condition. If everything is returned in good condition in its original packaging, we will promptly issue you a refund.

If there is something wrong with your order or you have received damaged or defective item(s) please reach out to us asap via DM (@WandsWeaponsAndWares) or Email ([email protected]) with photos of the issue along with your order details so we can resolve the problem with either a replacement or refund.
